Background:
Coaching Associates Pte Ltd is a partnership of executive
coaches based in Singapore and operating throughout Asia-Pacific. Individually,
each of us has had more than 20 years' senior management experience with
P&L responsibilities in such multinational corporations as AT&T,
Lucent, Citibank, ICI, Quantum, BNP Paribas and HypoVereinsbank (HVB).
- We have operated in a wide cross-section of
industries including electronics, manufacturing, banking, stock broking, consultancy,
sales, marketing, and training.
- We have all studied with and been certified coaches
by Corporate Coach University of the US.
- We are multi-cultural in composition with two
Singaporeans, one American, one German and one Malaysian.
Coaching Specialization:
Our field of specialization focuses on Organizational
Leadership and Executive Effectiveness. Our clients typically work with
multinational corporations and public institutions with headquarters or
regional offices in Singapore and operations throughout the Asia-Pacific
region. Examples include: Pfizer, National Starch & Chemical,
Equant, AMD, Baxter, SITA, Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore,
STATS, Chartered Semiconductor, and Honeywell.
We provide training for organizations introducing the coaching
style of leadership as part of their corporate culture. Other workshop programs address such
activities as performance management and team building. In addition, we coach with individuals a
one-on-one basis. Our individual
clients are typically senior and middle-level executives.
