Program Methodology
This comprehensive and dynamic workshop will be conducted with a good blend of presentations, discussions, demos and practices.Personalized one-on-one coaching will follow to ensure the sustainability and application of the newly acquired skills.

One-on-One Coaching Follow-through :
The one-on-one coaching sessions enable participants to safely explore possibilities for change. It is an atmosphere that is conducive to open dialogue and problem solving. The coaching relationship is a designed alliance; one that offers leaders the feedback necessary to build cohesion, sharpen critical management skills, enhance their interpersonal style and communication skills, and to strengthen the leader's sense of being valued.

We have found that without ongoing coaching the manager is significantly less likely to continue to successfully put into practice the Action Plan due to time constraints, road blocks they encounter, decreased accountability and circumstances outside of their control. The Action Plan simply becomes one more task they must do to satisfy someone else's need.
