Career Coaching Workshop
Career Coaching helps you to recover the quality of life by rediscovering
your personal vision and purpose. As the environment changes rapidly,
we need to audit the changes within us as well. We need to take
ownership for our career management and initiate life direction
and work content alterations.

Associates' Team Coaching Workshop will focus on the following:

- Change their attitude from employer dependency to career
self-reliance.
- Compile a record of their primary wants, preferred skills,
motivated interests, core values and job role content preferences.
- Sort out their real from their perceived constraints in
achieving work life goals.
- Write a detailed Career Action Step Proposal with strategies
to address their realities and concerns.
- Work out alternative options for their career direction.
- Compile a resume or portfolio ready to help implement their
chosen career action step.
- Connect their personal goals to opportunities and resources
around them.

The
Program Contents
Coaching Associates believes that coaching executives
for career planning and development requires custom-designed one-on-one
programs. Typically these would involve regular confidential sessions
on a weekly or bi-weekly basis over a period of at least three months.
As appropriate, such programs could include specific assessments,
development of individual career goals & objectives, and follow-up
development discussions. Coaching Associates is available to meet
with businesses and executives to discuss and develop specific agendas
for their Career Coaching and development objectives.
